Some say to chuck your StarSan when it gets cloudy. Well my 5 gal batch of it starts to get hazy after dunking a few clean bottles. Is there something in the water profile that triggers haze?.

I was just using a 2 week old batch to sanitize yeast jars last night now I just read this dire warning! It's still foamy and I hope that indicates it's good

You need to check the pH. If your water has a lot of dissolved minerals in it it may be too basic and counteract the acidity of the starsan and so doesn't last very long. I make my starsan with RO water and it lasts forever.
