First time making my own recipe from scratch. I was thinking of a gingerbread-y porter.
4 lb Light LME
3 lb Amber LME
1 lb biscuit malt
0.5 lb chocolate malt
0.5 lb caramel malt 80L
1 oz Northern Brewer hops for all of boil (60 min)
1 oz Northern Brewer (10 min)
1 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)
8 oz molasses (10 min)
spice blend (10 min)
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
White Labs WLP085-English Ale Blend
Thoughts? Suggestions of what to add/remove?
