Ran out of corn sugar. Want to bottle my 5 gallon of Hefe tonight and was wondering how much table sugar I should use. Any suggestions?

Do it. Use 9% less by weight than corn sugar. There will be no difference from useless corn sugar. I promise.

So, about 4.5oz as I normally use a 5oz bag of corn sugar. Right?

Bingo. There is no functional difference for brewers. If you read otherwise, it's bunk.

Boil the table sugar for just a minute to make sure it's dissolved, add to bottling bucket, stir, bottle, wait, serve with a smile. Cheers.
