I started my brewing career in January of this year, and thanks to a 34 year old freezer and temp controller, I have 25 gallons of goodness on hand. In the cornies, Yuri's Floor Kill Ale, and AHS Rasberry Chocolate Stout. In the bottom fermenter, my take on Ed Wort's Haus Pale. On the compressor shelf, a double batch of BierMuncher's Oktoberfast Ale(brewed today). In addition I have 2 cornies on tap in the man cave, life is good.

Let me know how that Floor Kill recipe turned out for you. I really enjoyed it!

Today is it's birthday, it's 2 months old! Im going to really try to let it sit at least 2 more months, it tastes really good now, just some alcohol warmth that needs to mellow.
