So tonight I am going an AHB Bavarian Hefe. I get "everything" out and get started. Wife isn't here to the Maiden is turned up. I steep, I get to a boil I thrown my hops in and after about 30 minutes I notice my wort is really greenish blue.

I then realize I forgot to add the malt like an idiot.

Ya know...there's a nice basket weaving forum a few doors down...:)

Just sayin... :D

I don't think you can weave baskets to Iron Maiden either.

I bet he was getting some great utilization rates from those hops though. :)
