Thinking about doing an IPA with Nelson and HBC 342 and maybe Centennial for bittering. Anybody use any of these or combine all of them? Looking for a very Fruity/Citrusy In your face IPA. Any opinions would be great, thanks!

No idea what HBC 342 is, but Nelson Sauvin combines well with many American hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Chinook, etc etc. You used Nelson Sauvin before? If not, try using ONLY Nelson Sauvin for a beer to isolate the character. It's one of my favorite hops, but not everybody loves it.

I think Nelson goes well with something piney or dank to tone down the gushing fruitiness. Chinook or simcoe is my vote
