In Papazian's book he described a Belgian Wit recipe where, he states "for added attraction add one whole coriander seed to each bottle when bottling". He stated that you can microwave them before adding them to the bottle. I compared the recipe to several at the online stores and it is very close to what you can buy in a Extract/Grain kit. Has anyone done this? I think that I may do this with about a half of case and see what happens. What do you think?

usually you add .5-1oz of coriander seeds at the end of the boil. Coriander seeds are very small, and I highly doubt you would get anything but a floaty in your beer if you added a seed to every bottle.

Thanks, yes the coriander was added towards the end of the boil. The seed thing was in addition to the crushed coriander that was added.
