I have some stubborn little spots in the bottom of my bottle that my bottle sprayer just seems the miss, what other methods work to get these spots out?

That, and/or an oxiclean soak. If a CIP cleaner won't get it, it's not worth bothering with.

Oxiclean or the cheaper Sun brand work really well.

I just soak them in hot oxiclean for a few hours and I've never had one that wasn't sparkling after that. Most labels float right off, too.
