I just set up my keggerator and my beer is coming out super foamy. I have 10' of beer line, and my kegerator sitting at about 40. Im serving pressure is around 8 psi. I noticed my faucet lever was stuck at first. Any one?

If you just set it up, it shouldn't be overcarbed but that sounds like is what happened. Are you certain it's at 8 psi, and never got boosted up to 20 or 30 psi?

Yes about 8/9 psi. I did run it up to 30psi trying the hole shake thing put I purged it and let it sit at 12 psi for about two weeks. I then set it at 8 psi for a week

Ah. Well, shaking it at 30 psi would do it.
If your keg is currently at 40 degrees, 12 psi is more like the correct pressure.

You can try purging it until it's no longer overcarbed, by pulling the pressure relief valve often.
