Misc Bill

Single step Infusion at 64°C for 60 Minutes.
1 tsp Koppafloc @ 15mins
Fermented at 21°C with Wyeast 1272 - American Ale II or US-05

The last hop addition is at cold crash temps for 5 days. I bottled it at cold crash temps and it came out fine after 10 days in the bottle.

First time I brewed this I overshot the gravity my a massive amout (1.072) so fit in the IPA category, but the plan was for it to be a APA :mug:

I think it needs more hops. Drinking it for the last week and its mellowed waaaaay to much for my taste buds. More maybe double additions from 30mins on....not sure. Its a massive amount of hops to throw at a beer.....
