Just dug into the first of this bulk grain last weekend; did a 10 gallon batch of Ed's Kolsch. Since I've got 5 kegs in the frige and 5 carboys full, I have no room for more brew
. I have a group brew day scheduled later this month, so I think next weekend I'll be having a poker night to kill off some of this pesky homebrew laying around! That will free up the pipeline and get me ready for my first foray into lagering!Similar threads
