ok, I wanted an APA with some muscle.

I used

7.5 lbs LME
2lbs 2 row pale malt
1lb cara pils malt
1/2 lb medium crystal malt
1oz Centennial (9.1%) + .5 oz Cascade (5.1%) hops for bittering
.5 oz of Cascade flavoring hops
.5 oz Cascade finishing
.5 oz Cascade dry hop in secondary
burton water salts
irish moss
Whitelabs California V ale yeast
bru-vigor

OG came in at 1.061 for a 5.25 gallon batch in primary.

Whatcha think?

(I am promoting myself out of the beginners forum, btw :D . I have about 11-12 batches under my belt (one bad, bottled too early), and figure it's about time for a promotion :D )

yes, mini mash.

I lost almost 10 degrees on my mash & sparge :( . I'll need to work on that.
