Was just thinking about this, and I've never used a kit for wine but I was thinking about the effects of making a fruit wine on some grape skins and I didn't know if you could buy grape packs not in a kit. I thought it might be interesting grab some skins to ferment with some kind of a berry wine to get a more complex flavor. Couldn't find anything online that wasn't part of a kit. I'm guessing table grapes would be a bad idea, too much acid, thick skins, less sugar/flavor.
