I read that rice hulls help the flaked wheat during the mash, but how much should I use?

This will be my first mini mash, so I'm a little unsure on how much of each grain you need to convert the starches to sugar. Will this grain bill work as far as everything getting converted properly?

Ingredients Amount Item Type % or IBU
0.50 lb Rice Hulls (0.0 SRM) Adjunct 5.88 %
2.00 lb Wheat Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 24.24 %

2.00 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 24.24%
1.00 lb Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 12.12%

1.00 oz Hallertauer [3.90 %] (60 min) Hops 14.5 IBU

Looks good. Only suggestion I would make is if you have some East Kent Goldings, use those instead of the Hallertauer. I used Hallertauer in a wheat beer, and they gave a pretty good flavor, but not a flavor I would want in a Wit.
