Nice and supple with a little bite for teething.
Had no idea this site had a cheese forum in it when I first posted.
Thats what I do for work and I get to experiment.
Mainly do cheddars, you don't want to mix cultures in cheese factories.
 
Do you have any recipes for us goat milk producers? Hmmmmm? :) I would love to trade jobs with you!
 
it was penzies hot curry powder, goat milk and cheddar culture.
job is tough on back, good for abs. curds are to tempting, made personal decision not to eat cheese at work due to weight gain.
