I wasn't exactly crazy about this. I don't think the Sorachi hops were a good match for an IPA. I'll substitute Summit next time I brew this. It wasn't bad and some might love it. But for me, it was just too much lemon/citrus bitterness. I think Summit or Amarillo would make this a killer.
