Is it a problem for hop utilization using a hop bag? I don't like how he bag floats in the wort... does anyone have a solution for that?

If the bag is loosely packed, it will eventually roll with the boil.

take a scrap of copper tubing and put it into the bag of hops to weigh it down. just a thought

I just use a big stainless steel nut I had laying around. Others have mentioned marbles.
