Brewing in Germany.

Alright so I am trying to teach my girlfriends father how to brew here in Deutschland. I consider it a treaty of international beer relations, proudly enough he likes IPA's unlike most German's that have the taste for Pils or Weiss beer. My problem is that I can not find a store that has your common Crystal or 2-row type grains... I can find the yeast, hops and malt extract but not the grains... anyone have any ideas or could help me with deciphering a recipe with what is available here on this website....http://www.hobbybrauerversand.de/Malz-Malzmischungen

There's a British flag on the right side of the homepage for Hobbybrauer.de that translates almost everthing for you into English...
