These past few weeks have been hot ones here. My brew was fermenting in my basement in the coolest spot I could find and that was 75 degrees (an Ale).
It's pretty humid down there so I turned on my dehumidifier but that lets out hot air after removing the moisture. The temp went up to 80 or close to it so I shut it off and dealt with the humidity.

The fermentation seems to have gone fine and I bottled this past Saturday. Now the bottles are in cases under the stairs where it's dark but the temp is still 75.
The humidity is starting to get uncomfortable and I have some small pieces of paneling covering a beam starting to warp. I hesitate to turn on the dehumidifier because I don't want to raise the temp with the bottles down there.
What are safe temps to get a successful carbonation or to insure the beer is ok?
