I am looking for an extract belgian abbey.. more over a new belgium brew co abbey clone. I did a search but didn't find one. Is an extract possible with a belgian double?

Yesterday I tasted my AHS Abbey of leffe bruin clone. It was really nice and tastey. My plan is to leave it alone for a few months, but damn ... I dont know, even at six weeks its really good. Even this young its way better than the New Belgium abbey. It was all grain, but I do believe AHS sells it as extract as well

yes it is possible. If you run across a recipie though that calls for Dark Hard Candi Sugar, replace it with all malt...my experiments showed a closer representation of commercial dubbels without the candi sugar.

morebeer has a triple and dubble.

Belgian Dubbel- Extract | MoreBeer

I am currently fermenting their triple. As far as a clone of belgium brew co. I have seen fat tire clones but I'll look around and see what I can dig up if you want.

EDIT***

I see you wanted to rework a dubble kit sorry. I did find this:

"Brewferm Abbey Beer Kit"

Not sure what the availability on this..still looking
