I used (roughly) the DeathBrewer method to brew a two-gallon all grain ordinary bitter that I am entering in a competition. I steeped at 151 for 90 minutes, and then "tea bagged" the grain bag in the sparge water for ten minutes. How do I best reflect that on the AHA/BJCP entry form mash table, specifically in the "Step" column?

just put mashed @151F. not sure why some competitions have those, u shouldnt need to fill it out, esp not thoroughly
