I am doing a recipe that calls for maple syrup...will any maple syrup do form the grocery store or shouldi order from a brew store? And are there any online brew stores that yall know of that carry it? Thanks

Get all natural maple syrup, and if possible, get the Grade A Light. Higher sugar count and a light color. Unless you are doing a dark beer, in that case get the Grade B which is darker and has more of a caramel flavor to it but a lower sugar count.

Higher sugar = dryer beer & higher alcohol %
lower sugar = sweeter beer & lower alcohol %
