Hey guys,

So I went to the LHBS to buy Designing Great Beers, and I asked for a oatmeal stout PM recipe. Lo and behold, they started getting it for me and I didn't want to say No No, I dont need it know...I am going on vacation for a week, and then I will most likely brew the batch, but I was wondering, where should I store everything in the interim? I know the yeast and hops can go in the fridge, but what about the grains and LME? Thanks!

Jason

just keep them (the grains and LME) sealed and room temp. unless you're actually mashing the grains, you don't need to worry about them going stale, especially not in a week.
