Sorry, did a quick search and didn't see anything...

Quick question, when you hook up one of the temperature control devices to a fridge, does it control both the fridge and freezer part? What I mean is, if I set the controller to 70 F, will the freezer be 70 F as well?

Thanks!

The tip of the probe will be 70F. It all depends on where you put the probe. Typically you would put the probe where the beer is. In order to cool the fridge part to 70F, the freezer section would be much colder.

Regardless of which side you put the probe in, the freezer side will be colder. Since the fridge part is almost always larger, put the probe & your beer there & use the freezer side for cold storage. Just don't expect it to be frozen.
