Hey all,
I brewed my third all grain yesterday Ed Worts Hause Pale. This was my second batch. The first time I batch sparged and got 70%. However this time I fly sparged and collected 5 gallons of wort with a SG of 1.070 which based on my calculations is 92%. This is a good thing however I only had one vial of yeast should I pitch another vial or RDWHAHB. Thanks
