Hello,

I'm planning to get some bulk hops soon. I would like to see what's a good balance of hop stocking between Bittering and aroma?

I think cascade and amarillo are good to keep on hand as they can serve as bitter and aroma hops. Thus, there consumption is high.

I guess bittering hops like Warrior shouldn't need as much...

As a side note, my primary brews are APA and Stout/Porter.
I'll do an IPA when I get my cascade and amarillo.

thanks

Really kind of depends on how often you brew, and what. I would say you're probably correct that low - middle AA's will probably be called for more often than say Warrior, Magnum, Nuggett....but if you're a hop head.....who knows.
