Hello everyone. First time posting, but was wanting some feedback on a recipe on a beer I am going to brew for a birthday party in 4 weeks, and there are going to be a few diehard BMC drinkers there. So wanted to do something like this to introduce them to real beer.
4 lbs - 2 row
2.5 lb - 6 row
2 lb - flaked corn
.5 lb carapils
1 oz willamette - 60 mins
whirlfloc -5 mins.
going to be hopefully easy drinking, was going to use cascade but LHBS said that willamette will add a mellower flavor for the type of beer I wam looking for. Thanks for the feedback in advance
