I'm reading this about tea fermenting and it seems very interesting. It's cheap and quick so I wanted to do something like this today:

1 gallon of tea made from 20 tea bags (Lipton Earl Grey)
1 lb honey
2 cups DLME
brown sugar solution till it gets to 1.060

ferment with wine yeast, or beer yeast (??!!)

what do you think guys?

and when is this ready to drink? do I have to age it? what possible problems can occur?

should I carbonate or not? how to consume it?

thanks

I dunno it sounds basically like some kind of prison brew. It may or may not taste good, why not just try it and let us know?

Oh and I'd probably use wine or champagne yeast and throw some DAP in there.
