Here is a recipe I am brewing this weekend..
Mash @ 152
Yeast WYeast-American AleII
5.0#Red Wheat Malt
1.0#2-Row
1.0#6-Row
1.0#Vienna
0.5#Flaked Rye

0.50ozWillamette @60
0.25ozCascade @60
0.50ozWillamette @20
0.25ozCascade @20
0.50ozCascade @5
 
I've never brewed with red wheat so I can't speak to that, but I would lose the 6 row and add a pound of 2 row (3# total 2 row). Vienna is ok, and flaked rye is a nice twist, but I'm not sure that I would include it given your hop profile.

for the hops I would change the .25 will @60 to @0.
