I'm getting ready to do a partial mash for the first time and found a recipe for a IIPA that lists this hop schedule:

1 oz. Nugget (60)
1 oz. Glacier (15)
1 oz. Cascade (10)
0.5 oz. Cascade (2)
0.5 oz. Sterling (2)

Dry hopped with 0.5 oz each of Sterling and Cascade

My question is this...I'm a big fan of Centennial hops, everything I've ever had with Centennial just "hits the spot." First off how does this hop schedule look and secondly I was thinking of substituting Centennial for the Cascade. Thoughts? I really want this to turn out well, so any help would be appreciated.

They will be a little higher in AA than the Cascade, but at 10 and 2 minutes I wouldn't worry. If you think you'll like it, go for it.

Cool...so if I do substitute the cascade with centennial does this hop schedule look decent enough? I would love to get some simcoe thrown in there either to replace something or just as an addition but I can't find them locally.
