Its been 60 hrs. and still not activity in the airlock. At what time should I look at adding more yeast.
 
Need some more details. Beer style, OG, yeast strain, liquid/dry, starter and fermentation temp will all help.

The first thing Revvy would ask is if you've taken a gravity reading.

I've had some strains lag for 72 hours. Others may be plugging away but show little sign of fermentation.
