Doing a Surly Furious clone but wyeast 1335 smack pack has shown no signs of life
Despite being pitched 3 days ago. Is S-04 or S-05 a reasonable sub to re-pitch?
 
Thanks GT. I would prefer Notty but LHS doesn't carry. I'll pitch S-04 if I'm still dead in the
Water/fermenter tomorrow.
