Has anyone ever had their secondary expand out the top of the carboy? I had an IPA in my carboy and I racked it onto 2 oz of hops for some dry hopping action and it filled about 2 inches below the bung. Now I have an IPA pushing its way into my airlock and smelling rather tasty, but it still needs to condition, I only transferred on Saturday. I know what some will say about transferring, but I am reusing the yeast cake. Any Ideas on what happened????

It sounds like you may have transferred a bit too soon. If you were at FG when you transferred, it could just be that the hops caused a few nucleation points. But if you weren't quite finished yet, the racking may have helped kick start fermentation again. It'll settle down soon, either way.
