Going on my annual camping trip and pig roast this next April. I would like to do a 5g batch and keg it to bring up for everyone.

So i need an idea on something not too tough, but good that everyone will enjoy

Ideas?

Maybe an ESB or ordinary bitter, I personally like to take a porter but I know thats not everyones cup of tea.

It seems a lot of folks don't like anything too hoppy, too dark or heavy, or basically anything that makes a great beer great! I'd go with an amber ale of some sort. Very drinkable, yet can have a lot of flavor. I've never met anyone who detested an amber ale...

Amber is a good idea

I made an amber last year that was great, but i lost the recipe when my HD crashed :(

I've made two batches of AHS Belgian Pale Ale in the past 3 months and all of my BMC or non-beer drinking friends seem to really like it. Its to the point where I need to keep brewing it just to have some around for friend requests...
