But all in all, it went great. I brewed a Honey Heffeweizen, and it was my first time truly doing all grain using a HLT, Gatorade Mash Tun and Boil Kettle.
 
It's been awhile since I've brewed anything myself. Finished all but one last case of Whiskely stout I had named " Queen Anne's Revenge", after Black beard's ship. A beer I used in my first book of my Time Lords 2034 trilogy. So I finally brewed the Mumme' this past weekend. And the Golden monkey wasn't bad either...:tank:
 
Finished fermentation, and it hit spot on...OG was 1.057, FG is 1.015, about 5.7% alcohol. Honey Hefeweizen

Thought I was in a slump having only done 5 batches for myself and 3 with a friend which we split 50/50 this year so far. And I bought a lot of hops this winter!!!!
