I recently got a Coors lite home draft system (Tap a Draft), and decided it would be perfect for a cider that I had fermenting. When I tasted the fermented cider, it was a little dry for my tastes, so when I put it into the tap a draft, I added some unfermented cider in for flavor balance. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a final gravity reading of the cider before combining it with the fresh cider.

My OG reading for just the cider was 1.05, and my FG reading for the mixed cider was 1.003. I'm wondering if I can just use that final gravity reading to determine that my abv is 6.2%, or do I need to do other calculations?

Oh, and to make it more complicated, I used a different cider for the addition.

The amounts used were approximately 9/10 gallon fermented apple cider and 1/7 gallon fresh cider.

Any help appreciated!
