Does anyone know if repeated requests for detailed plans to build Scuba Steve's wood brew rig ever surfaced? If not I'm looking for detailed plans on a rig just like that one such as height, length, burner mounting, propane line plumbing, etc. The pics in his thread are good but plans would be best

I´ve been trying to find some plans for a wood brew stand also. I haven´t found any proper plans but there are a couple other wood rigs on the site. C-Note and Ryhno 17 both have wood rigs. Brewery Construction has a nice guide but it is a two tier and IIRC it uses an electric HLT for the mash.

If any of you wood guys have plans please post them!

I have constructed a wooden rig similar to that rig , installing the burners today

Any chance that you could post some pictures or plans? What do you have for heat shields? What are you using for heat? Anything you have to share would be greatly appreciated.

How do you guys like my new rig?

Well, it would help if you linked to the correct picture, or to a picture that was really there!

ahhh as a junior member i do no think i post pictures. Any way aorund this?

Fixed those so I could say that I *LOVE* the wagon wheels! :p

And that's some damn nice joinery, too.

Thanks, Wehumble the wheels do rock, I did it as a cost saver, but in the end they are my favorite part. Now that the base is done I am looking into either a RIMS or HERMS with a pid controller of some sort, (Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?) Still need to put the pump on, and wort chiler, but for the most part it is done. OH, for those with wooden stands looking to stain, stay away from polyshades by miniwax it is a stain/laquer coat all in one, but it is not good, it runs all over the place and is really hard to work with.
