I just built this last weekend. I'm trying to simplify brewing a little bit.

Here's the mostly finished product.

Bottom frame. I used a Kreg pocket jig to screw the frame together.
It made it simple to build!

Casters. The most expensive part of the build! They don't fully rotate 360° so I have to lift and push from the opposite direction I want it to roll.

I'm using mineral oil to protect the tops of the plywood.
The lower shelf has one coat and the upper is still unfinished.

4 Casters - $20
5 2x4's - $8
Box of screws for the pocket joints - $6
3/4 Oak plywood leftover from another project - Free!

For a grand total of $34
It took me about 6-7 hours to build.

I got my stuff from bargain fittings for my HLT today.
Soooooo, I broke it in tonight!
It worked great.

I can't believe I didn't build this sooner.
