I used this website to help calculate my water needs Mash & Sparge Water

Mash Target Temp: 66℃ (151°F) for 60 minutes. Single infusion, batch sparge.

EDIT: Somehow, I only used 1 packet of S-04 on this. It came out pretty darn tasty, but I recommend anyone trying this to use 2 packets when pitching.
