Hello,
I am looking for someone to brew on the premises of an old brewery for the 150th Anniversary Celebration. It is on September 8. Brewer will be provided beer, fun & food and all costs of materials. Hops will be provided from original vines from the old brewery. This is for the 150th Celebration of the North Lake Brewery in North Lake Wisconsin (Waukesha). This brewery was started by a Danish settler in 1862 and brewed a lager as well as an 11% abv stout. Brewery continued until prohibition when it closed for good. The brewery is still owned by the original descendant and is now operated as a bar. Brewery still shows sign of its brewing past with the old beer cave as well as the room where they roasted the malt. It should be a good time. Please email with any questions.
