At what temp do I store my bottled German Pilsner? I have already cold stored the Pilsner.
 
Are you asking about storing it right after bottling? If so you should store it right around 70F. It will probably take 3 weeks to carbonate properly.
After that storage temps should be as cool as possible ... maybe 40 to 45? I think Pilsners are served cooler than some other beers.
