What other 3 brews should I make?

  • English ESB

  • Raisiny stout

  • 150 IBU Polar bear dry hopped lager

After being too broke to brew due to some perfect storm bad stuff..

I AM BACK.

Gonna brew up 6 brews........Have some pretty definite ideas but wanna help?

I WILL brew (for certain)

1.One EPic caramel IPA

2.One blacker than black roasty stout

3.One roasty cinnamon and nutmeg seasonal amber


AND.........
 
I voted for 3 mainstream beers as your three confirmed brews are pretty specialized... So why not balance out with some sessional quaffable beers.
 
I second the suggestion of some mainstream, sessionable beers, I would also suggest at least one faster turnaround one (like the ESB or a blond or something) so that you have something to drink sooner.
Just my thoughts, your the one who is going to drink them though so make things you are excited about!

Good thoughts. In my eager excitement, perhaps I have gone too crazy.

Maybe I will tone it down.
 
I voted (obviously) for the 150 IBU polar bear dry hopped lager, but think you should use the penguins as an adjunct w/ 5 min left in the boil. This is enough time to soften the skin while not imparting too much cattiness.

Welcome back. I know painful it is not being able to brew. I voted on the poll. The dark roasted wheat stout sounds good to me. :mug:
 
The EPIC IPA is fermenting as well as the "Darker than my soul" stout.

I have pumpkin seeds roasted for my seasonal ale, will dough in wednesday.

Have yet to buy infgredients for the final 3.
