Hey, I am from mass and post in the masshole mostly, but this applies to you! This bill needs to be stopped.
Reaction to the Pelham NH accident this past 4th, several legislators from NH are attempting to pass a bill banning reloads, parachutes and aerial spinners ( helicopeters).
NH residents are asked to contact these legislators and voice their opposition to HB 336-FN...this may be a tough battle !

ANALYSIS
This bill prohibits the retail sale of helicopters, aerial spinners, reloadable aerial shells, and parachute aerial devices. The bill also establishes a violation for permissible fireworks retailers who fail to distribute required safety information to the purchaser.
