I just brewed a porter with an wicked chocolate flavor, and was wondering if anyone has tried experimenting with mint extract or mint leaves
Assuming you get the balance right, the goal would be a very subtle peppermint patty or mint chocolate chip flavor.
I can't be the first person to try this
Any thoughts?
