Force carbonation for bottling using corny kegs

Just wondering if I could poor my beer into my corny keg, turn the CO2 way up and then bottle the beer and it would be carbonated and ready to drink. Im guessing its a much more in depth process than this and if so please let me know how I could force carbonate my beer then bottle it.
