Hey
I'm trying to nail down a couple of procedures for efficiency and am wondering about the following:

Do those of you who secondary in a keg cold crash and then transfer to another keg, or pull the yeast off the bottom and serve out of the same unit?

Thanks
KD

I ferment in the primary for about 10-14 days, then cold crash the primary, transfer to a keg where it sits cold for a couple week. In most cases the first few pints have some yeast in them, but they are drinkable. I have never seen the need to transfer to another keg.
