took a sample for a hydro reading and taste test it is heading on three weeks in primary.

it turned out tasting pretty good but it taste more like wine than it does beer and i am pretty sure it is done fermenting the last few hydros have been 1.014.

is there any reason for the wine taste?

I don't really know. I guess it would depend on the amount of honey, since honey can thin and "dry" a beer. That might give it wine-ish overtones. It could also just be the taste of a very young wheat beer.

What was your recipe?

6lbs Wheat LME
2lbs Clover Honey
2oz. Styrian Goldings
8oz. Carapils
and basic munton dry yeast
