Anyone know how long starsan remains viable when mixed and put in a spray bottle? How often should it be changed out? Thanks

From what I understand if you mix it with distilled or RO water is can last many months. If you mix it with tap water it depends on how hard your water is and the minerals in the water can bring the ph down over time.

I mix my SS by the gallon in a jug using RO water from the grocery store, fill the spray bottle out of that. The SS mixture stays perfectly good until it's used (≤Ph 3), even if part of a batch is left over the Winter or Summer (I go 3 month or so between "brew seasons").

Actually, it will last for a couple of years. My 5 gallon batch is over 2 years old and still good.
