Tasting Notes
floral and sweet, but not obnoxiously so
3.38 lbs. Belgian Pils
4.72 lbs. White Wheat Malt
0.89 lbs. Honey
0.36 lbs. Wheat Flaked info
0.4 oz. Cascade (whole leaf, 5.5 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.49 oz. Cascade (whole leaf, 5.5 %AA) boiled 15 min.
0.50 oz. Cascade (whole leaf, 5.5 %AA) boiled 1 min.
0.50 oz. Crushed coriander seed boiled at 5 min
0.50 oz. Orange peel boiled at 5 min
Yeast : White Labs WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale

Mash at 4 gallons at 153 (grain 65 and strike 192) for 60 min
then sparge at 170 until you reach 6.5 gallons.
Boil for 60 minutes adding hops and spice at appropriate times.
Add the honey at 7 min (right before you add the orange peel and coriander), which will give you time to let it dissolve.
Cool to 70 (ish) and pitch yeast.
Ferment in plastic for 10 days
Secondary in glass for 10 more.
Keg....wait....drink.....smile
