Loose hops question

How much loose hoops to use if needed for aroma.
Do i use same amount as with pellet form hops,or i need more loose hops cuz of weight differences?.
 
I think the rule is to use 10% more if using whole leaf because pellet hops get greater utilization, but I'm mostly a noob and so I'm not completely sure if that also applies for aroma hopping.
 
For flavor/aroma/dry hopping(hop oils) use the same weight. For bittering(alpha acids), 10% extra.
